This is one of them for me. It never fails to give me goosebumps. How perfect is Amy Winehouse as we relish these last few weeks of summer?

PS the Paralympics has been going swimmingly well - pun intended. It was pretty cool yesterday to be there reporting that Benoit Huot and Summer Mortimer had both won medals in the 200IM (gold and silver respectively). It's such a rush to get to send this information out to all of Canada and see the responses back.

I'm so proud and excited to be a part of this team and this iconic event.
