My name is Portia Favro.
I am a social media specialist, writer and broadcast journalist by day, and professional dancer/choreographer and emcee by night. I am also the owner and founder of Portia Favro Productions (launched Fall 2013)
I'm lucky enough to live in the beautiful city of Vancouver, and have perviously lived in Toronto, the San Francisco Bay Area and Kelowna, B.C.
My work has been published and broadcast on CTV's Canada AM, CTV Olympics, ABC's Good Morning America, Global Okanagan, The Ryersonian, The Take Media, McClung's Magazine, The Take Media, The Kelowna Daily Courier, The Hockey News, DivaGirl Inc., and many more.
I have won various awards for my unique contemporary/modern choreography, and have performed for various clients such as The Lovers Cabaret, The Canadian Olympic Committee, The Ontario Summer Games, The City of Kelowna, Jarvis Church and many others. I currently dance, perform and teach students of all ages and in various dance styles across Canada.
