Whew...for the first time in nearly three weeks, I have an evening off. 

Not going to lie, as much as I love my work and hobbies, we're all machines. If we don't take a little bit of time to rest and recharge our batteries, our bodies will break down. 

Tonight it's all about sitting back, taking a moment and rejuvenating as much as I can. 

Blessed, happy...but a little tired.

Hello September! You sexy thing you...

This month is truly the start of new beginnings, projects and of course, a season. I officially moved to Vancouver one year ago today and I'm not leaving anytime soon. I've completely fallen in love with this beautiful city, people and life here.

Int/Advanced drop-in class. 7PM, 1000 Rivers (54 East 4th Avenue). $15 drop-in.
