It's just the beginning of August, but it's almost Christmas time. Not literally - but the September issues are about to hit the stands, which is pretty darn close to a holiday.

I've always been a fan of Victoria Beckham, especially her hairstyle choices. When I was in grade 12 of high school, I took a leap of faith and whacked all my hair off into a "pob" just before prom, graduation, etc.

The result? I've been a short hair girl ever since.

Thus, I'm loving that she's gracing the September issue of Glamour Magazine, and also served as an editor for fall fashion picks. Check out a few snapshots of her spread below:




After the Olympics are finished, I'll be catching up on my homework; trying to read as many September issues as I can.

I'm loving this editorial of actress Amanda Seyfried in this month's issue of Glamour magazine.

As much as I love shoots and fashion stories that play on the avant-garde, there's something realistic about the clothes, makeup, et cetera in these photos. Amanda is also one of my favourite actresses, so I'm slightly biased as well.

It also hit me that this will be my last week (physically) on Ryerson campus. I head to my internship on February 27, and then the next time I'll be on campus will be for graduation in June.

Holy, holy, holy smokes. I'm near the end of it all.

Actually, this is just the beginning (again)...I have lots of projects and treats coming up here on the blogette and to do in Toronto this summer. Stay posted!
