flo.
I'm actually obsessed with this song. I'm so excited to be choreographing to it for one of solos that I'm doing! Thanks for the share Emma!
Hope you are all enjoying a little bit on time off and getting ready for Christmas! No rest for the wicked - after a full day of teaching and choreography I'm off to a holiday party and doing the whole thing again tomorrow and the rest of the week. I love my job.

Happy holidays and enjoy this amazing cover of "Take Care" by Drake sung by Florence and the Machine

courage.
"Courage, it would seem, is nothing less than the power to overcome danger,
misfortune, fear, injustice, while continuing to affirm inwardly that life
with all its sorrows is good;
that everything is meaningful even if in a sense beyond our understanding;
and that there is always tomorrow."

review.
I'm a big believer in learning from the past. I'm an even bigger believer in letting things go and moving on.
We learn lessons from what we've experienced, and I would rather regret the things that I've done rather than what I didn't do.
It's been a busy, challenging, creative, and above all, fun. I had a few awesome jobs. I got to travel a little bit. I saw a plethora of good bands live. My first friend got married. I faced some adult realities. I confirmed exactly what I wanted to do with my life via an internship. I found a creative outlet and am now being taken seriously as a choreographer and dancer.
I learned a lot.
This is an endless thank you to my friends and family who continue to support me and my work from coast to coast. I love you all and am indebted to your generosity, time and energy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Here's a peek of a few things I loved in 2011.

swell.
It's been a swell semester Toronto - I'm off to write my last exam for university ever and hopping on a jet plane to head back home.
See you tonight Kelowna!
PS I will be working choreographing various pieces for dancers in the Okanagan and dancing my feet off teaching open classes, so posting may be a little sporadic throughout the holidays. My apologies in advance - make sure to enjoy your time with family and friends!
